Colliers International|Omaha recently closed the office lease of more than 66,000 square feet at 1218 Nicholas in Millwork Commons in Omaha.

Barry Zoob and Chris Mensinger represented the tenant, Flywheel, in locating the space for its new headquarters.

Flywheel’s 10-year office lease kick-starts construction of Millwork Commons, a $300 million mixed-use development led by Black Dog Management. This will be a collaborative community providing next-generation office space, community common areas and diversified housing phased in during the next seven to 10 years.

Flywheel is the anchor tenant and will occupy one-and-a-half floors of the Ashton warehouse at 1218 Nichols by the summer of 2020. Flywheel is an Omaha-based tech company.
