Colliers International|Greater Cincinnati recently negotiated the nearly $3 million sale of the Corporate Center of Blue Ash in Blue Ash, Ohio. Blue Ash is one of the busiest markets in the Cincinnati region.
The 57,722-square-foot single-story office flex building sold for $2.975 million. LNR Partners sold the property, while Midwest Properties Corp. bought it.
Steve Timmel, Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser, Will Roberts and Matt Smyth were the listing brokers in this deal.
Tenants in the corporate center include Sheppard Insurance and Financial, 4bis.com, Ohio State Auditor and Parallel Technologies.
