Colliers International recently closed three transactions in Wisconsin, including the sale of a 163,000-square-foot single-tenant industrial building in Ripon.
The building is located at 100 Creative Way in Ripon, Wisconsin, and sits on 13 acres. Rogers & Rogers purchased the property, and plans to occupy about half of the building and lease the other half.
In a second deal, Everstream GLC has leased 3,265 square feet of office space at 324 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. Matt Fahey and Mike Wanezek of Colliers brokered this transaction.
ConvergeOne renewed 2,160 square feet of office space at N19 W24400 Riverwood Drive, Suite 375, in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Joe Moritz and Lyle Landowski of Colliers brokered this deal.
