Barry Swatsenbarg, executvice vice president; Gary Grochowski, director of agency leasing; and Bryan Banas, associate vice president of Colliers Detroit, closed the sale of 222,965 square feet of industrial flex space to ICAP in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
The flex space is located at 27200-27300 Haggerty Road, commonly known as Tech Park.
