The Colliers Industrial Capital Markets – Midwest Team, led by Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport, alongside Colliers Indianapolis industrial advisors Tyler Wilson and Mike Lubbers, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, The O’Donnell Group Inc. The property was purchased by The Realife Management Group, a real estate investment and asset management company based in Cleveland, Ohio with over $358 million of real estate assets currently under management.
