Colliers completed the sale of County Line Commerce Park Building II, a 324,880-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility at 5820 Meritage Parkway in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The property is the first completed building within County Line Commerce Park, a master-planned industrial park in the south Indianapolis submarket.
Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel represented the seller, a joint venture between Citimark and Gershman Partners, developer of the project. The buyer, Alfa Laval, occupies the facility as its North American manufacturing, testing, and research and development headquarters.
Completed in 2025 by Peterson Construction, the facility spans 324,880 square feet on 26.84 acres and features 36-foot clear heights, 25 dock-high doors, 330 parking spaces, and building systems designed to support advanced manufacturing and R&D operations. The property offers immediate access to Interstate 65 and key transportation infrastructure serving regional and national operations. County Line Commerce Park is a 117-acre, two-phase project planned to include four industrial buildings totaling approximately 1.34 million square feet, two retail outlots, and a hotel site.
