The buyer was Hammes Partners, a leading institutional investment management firm focused on the U.S. healthcare real estate market.
Located within the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, Blaine is a rapidly growing market known for strong household incomes, access to transportation, and ongoing commercial and recreational development. Built in 2010, the facility sits on two acres of land and is home to two leading healthcare providers.
