Colliers brokered the sale of an 80-property residential portfolio totaling 125 units across the Greater Cincinnati region.
The sale was led by the Colliers team of Marianne Taylor, vice president and Virginia Cunningham, associate, who represented the seller, a private entity.
The portfolio is comprised of 58 single-family rental homes, eight duplexes, 12 small multifamily properties with six units or fewer, one mixed-use property and one land parcel. The assets are located throughout Hamilton County, Ohio, with one property in Northern Kentucky.
Three Little Pigs Investment Services, LLC, a Cincinnati-based real estate firm, acquired the portfolio with a strategy focused on returning many of the homes to individual ownership. The firm plans to renovate the single-family properties and sell a significant portion of them to owner-occupants, including first-time homebuyers. Properties that remain rentals will also be renovated and managed by the firm’s local property management team.
