Colliers completed the sale of Wilson Industrial Park, an 86,389-square-foot, two-building light industrial portfolio at 1264–1308 Wilson Road in Columbus, Ohio’s, West submarket.

Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport of the Colliers Industrial Capital Markets – Midwest team worked with Jonathan Schuen of Colliers Columbus to facilitate the transaction on behalf of Tenby Partners, a real estate development firm based in Columbus, Ohio who has developed and invested in industrial real estate through the Midwest and Southeast. The buyer was a private out-of-state investor focused on long-term industrial acquisitions.

The portfolio is fully leased to nine tenants operating in a diverse set of industries including construction, food production engineering, pharmaceuticals, and materials production. The facilities provide immediate interstate connectivity and feature 22-foot clear heights, abundant dock and drive-in doors, diverse suite configurations, and ample on-site parking.
