Colliers on June 10 closed on the sale of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota headquarters buildings in Eagan, Minnesota.
The two-building Class-A suburban office property — consisting of River Park I and II — are 100% occupied by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota.
The Colliers Minneapolis St. Paul office and industrial investment services team of Peter Loehrer, John McCarthy, Kyle Delarosby and Lydia Turczyn represented the seller, Net Lease Office Properties, in negotiations with the buyer, ARSENAULT HOLDINGS, LLC.
The two buildings are located at 3400 Yankee Drive and 1800 Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan. The first building was originally built in 1982, while the second building was constructed in 2000.
