Colliers International has closed the sale of 6330 Digital Way, a 34,260-square-foot medical hospital facility located in the heart of Intech Park in Indianapolis. Colliers closed the transaction within six months of listing the property.
Located in the northwest submarket of Indianapolis – an increasingly high growth submarket in the city – the property offers immediate access to I-465 and the interstate system and is within a 20-minute drive time to downtown Indianapolis, the Indianapolis International Airport and within one mile of I-65. The highly visible site boasts interstate exposure and is situated on 7.429 acres – large enough parcel to double the size of the facility.
Tim Norton SIOR and RJ Rudolph SIOR, Healthcare Services and Aaron Snoddy, Office Services – with Colliers International of Indianapolis – facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, 6330 Digital Way, LLC. The facility was purchased by Simsbury Associates, Inc., headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The fully occupied facility will be home to Landmark Recovery, an inpatient rehabilitation center. This is Simsbury’s second Landmark Recovery inpatient facility in the Indianapolis market.
