The Kansas City, Missouri, office of Colliers International closed several commercial sales in recent weeks.
Drew Quinn and Mike Yeggy of Colliers represented the seller in the sale of the Old Kinderhook Golf Course at 20 Eagle Ridge Road in Camdenton, Missouri.
Kinderhook Holdings LLC of Addison, Texas, purchased the course.
OKL 18, LLC sold a 1.57-acre retail site at the northwest corner of Elmridge Street and 87th Street in Lenexa, Kansas, to Gomers of Kansas. Kimberly Tranbarger of Colliers negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer. Steven Perry of Property Specialists represented the seller.
Menard, Inc. sold a 1-acre retail site at 4045 S. Little Blue Parkway in Independence, Missouri, to LC Real Estate, LLC. Coleby Henzlik, Mark Arensberg and Jeff Berg of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
