Ryan Ferris and Anthony Toth with Colliers completed the 10-year, 12,667-square-foot flex building lease at 21455 Melrose Ave. in Southfield, Michigan.
Ferris and Toth represented the tenant, Applied Science, a civil and environmental engineering firm in the transaction.
“Applied Science was established in 1984 and has been in its Detroit office for the past 20 years. With the pandemic, it became clear that the ability to have both the office staff and field team in the same location would be important for the company’s continued growth,” Ferris said. “We were able to find a solution in which we were able to meet their location, budget, and buildout requirements. We are grateful for the opportunity to help make this happen for them.”
Applied Science will be consolidating its current offices in Detroit and Farmington Hills in January of 2022, making this their new central location.
