Colliers Detroit closed the lease of a 48,700-square-foot Ashley Furniture store in Shelby Township, Michigan.
Brian Whitfield, vice president with Colliers, represented the tenant, The Dufresne Spencer Group, LLC DBA Ashley HomeStore (DSG) in the transaction.
DSG is the largest Ashley Furniture licensee in the world. The company owns and operates over 163 Ashley retail stores, 29 distribution centers and three corporate offices with over 5,000 team members. DSG plans to open sometime in the fourth quarter 2023.
