Simon Jonna, executive vice president of the Jonna Group of Colliers Detroit completed a 10,000-square-foot sale of a Dollar General at 1811 S. US Highway 41 in Ruskin, Michigan.
Simon represented the buyer, a private 1031 Exchange investor based in Michigan, in the transaction.
This site is a new construction upgrade. Dollar General is operating under a corporate triple-net lease with 15 years remaining.
