Colliers International|Minneapolis-St. Paul is moving its downtown Minneapolis from the Oracle/International Centre to the AT&T Tower, a move that will take place in May of this year.
The new office will sit on 5,700 square feet on the third floor of the AT&T Tower and will feature a workspace with a flexible space plan.
The downtown office transition coincides with Colliers MSP’s scheduled headquarters office relocation, also in May. The local Colliers headquarters will move from 4350 Baker Road in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to the West End Towers at 1600 Utica Ave. in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
The Colliers MSP downtown office relocation was led by Colliers chief operating officer Mark Parten, with senior vice president Tom Hoffman at the helm of the location search as tenant representative for Colliers MSP. Mark McCary and Larissa Bodine of CBRE represented the landlord of AT&T Tower, ASB Capital Management, in the transaction.
Senior project manager Rachel Markos of Colliers MSP is leading the project management for the move at TI build-out. Nelson has been hired as the architect to design and space plan for the new offices. Intereum has been conracted for all furniture needs.
