Colliers | U.S. expanded its brokerage services in Kentucky through the addition of Louisville-based PRG Commercial Property Advisors. This combination strengthens Colliers’ presence in the region and supports its commitment to delivering comprehensive real estate solutions across the United States.

“We began exploring expansion into Louisville with a clear vision for long-term growth,” said Jeremy Jacobs, President | Central Region Brokerage at Colliers. “Welcoming PRG’s professionals expands our capabilities, deepens our local presence, and positions us to deliver greater value to clients across Kentucky.”

Founded in 2004 by Fred Sutterlin, PRG Commercial Property Advisors is a full-service commercial and investment real estate firm serving the Louisville community. The firm consists of 13 professionals including principals Reed Weinberg and Taylor M. Thompson. For more than two decades, PRG has earned a strong reputation for professional excellence, market knowledge, and deep relationships with an unwavering commitment to clients. Building on this foundation, Thompson has been appointed Brokerage Market Leader, overseeing Colliers’ Louisville brokerage operations including recruitment, retention, and business development.

PRG’s team of professionals will join existing Colliers Louisville professionals Shannon Huffer, Vice President, and Nancy Dupps, Associate Vice President, CCIM, SIOR, to form the Colliers Louisville office.

“From the start, our firm has been built on the strength of our people who value collaboration, professionalism and commitment to excellence in service to clients and community,” said Sutterlin. “Joining Colliers, a best-in-class firm that shares the same client-first approach, is a natural next step for us. We’re excited to expand our reach and elevate our range of services while continuing to deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect.”

The Colliers Louisville office, located at 1757 Frankfort Avenue, Suite 102, will support a full range of brokerage services including tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and advisory support across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and land.
