Colliers expanded its brokerage services with a new office in Louisville, Kentucky.
This expansion aligns with Colliers’ strategy to provide comprehensive real estate solutions throughout the United States.
Shannon Huffer, a Colliers Vice President since 2023, and newly appointed Associate Vice President Nancy Dupps, CCIM, SIOR, will initiate Colliers’ operations in Louisville.
Huffer is a licensed attorney and commercial real estate broker, who specializes in multifamily and affordable housing. Throughout her two-decade career in commercial real estate, she has facilitated billions in multifamily sales and financing, led complex rezoning efforts, and overseen transformative development projects across the country.
Dupps specializes in office transactions, serving the interests of both landlords and tenants. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Colliers, having successfully completed transactions exceeding $100 million and spanning more than one million square feet of leased or acquired space. Notably, she is one of the first women in Kentucky to earn the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
