Colliers expands capital markets team in Cincinnati, Dayton and Louisville markets

Colliers|Cincinnati, Dayton and Louisville has expanded its capital markets team with the addition of industry veterans Sal Ramundo and Kyle Slattery.

Ramundo joins Colliers as vice president, bringing with him over six years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Formerly with Marcus and Millichap, Ramundo has consistently demonstrated his prowess in the field, earning Sales Recognition Awards in over the past several years.

Slattery is also transitioning from Marcus and Millichap to Colliers. Slattery has garnered valuable insights into the intricacies of industrial property acquisitions, dispositions, and exchanges.

Earlier this year, Colliers announced the recruitment of Rob Taylor to its Capital Markets Team, focusing on retail investments. The addition of Ramundo and Slattery now solidifies Colliers’ Capital Markets services with a total of five dedicated professionals, including Christian Rahe and Christian Evanchec, who joined the team over two years ago.
