Onward Investors completed the sale of of the Mid-City Logistics Hub, a 399,000-square-foot building on 18.2 acres of land in Minneapolis’ Mid-City Industrial neighborhood. The property sold for $17.4 million to an undisclosed buyer.
The transaction closed on July 13 and was brokered by Colliers‘ senior vice president Eric Batiza, senior vice presidnet Bill Ritter, vice president Brian Doyle and associate Sam Svendahl.
Onward Investors purchased the property, a former Sears warehouse, in April of 2019 from Sears. Located within a federally designated Opportunity Zone, the property offers clear heights of up to 26 feet, trailer and outside storage and access to a rail served by Minnesota Commercial Railway.
