Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati recently earned the exclusive listing assignment for Queen City Square, a 1-million-square-foot complex with more than 140,000 square feet of available Class-A+ office space.
The project, located in the heart of the Cincinnati’s downtown office district, includes Great American Tower and 303 Broadway. Great American Tower, a LEED® Gold building, is the city’s newest, tallest, largest and “greenest” office building.
Eagle Realty Group, a member of Western & Southern Financial Group, is the developer and property manager of Queen City Square. Colliers will handle the leasing of the project.
Chris Vollmer, brokerage senior vice president|principal; John Schenk, brokerage senior vice president|principal; and Chris Vollmer, Jr., brokerage vice president, all from Colliers International, will serve as the listing agents for this project.
