Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City plans to move its headquarters from 2301 Main St. in Kansas City, Missouri, to 1400 Baltimore Avenue in Kansas City.
The company recently finalized terms of the new long-term lease. The new lease at 1400 Baltimore Avenue will give Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City more than 260,000 square feet of office space.
Bryan Johnson, Tom Volini and Sven Sykes of Colliers Kansas City exclusively represented Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City in the lease transaction.
