After three years of combining the former Pepino’s restaurant and a tax-preparation office, the
parcels at the intersection of Capitol Road and Calhoun Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin, are transitioning into a modern multi-use property.
The developer, with the assistance of Bill Quinlivan of Colliers|Wisconsin, has strategically marketed the project to combine users of diverse services and product types specifically to serve the local population.
Ownership of the plaza recently signed a long-term lease with Caribou Coffee as the inaugural tenant that will occupy the most easterly portion of the building fronting Capitol Drive. The construction of Caribou Coffee’s suite has begun with an anticipated grand-opening in the summer of this year.
