Colliers represented a Cincinnati-based non-profit in the acquisition of 123 E. Liberty St. in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The sale was led by the Colliers team of Senior Vice Presidents, Elaine Gillespie and Sloane Nichols, and Sarah Higgins, Associate, who represented The Center for Respite Care, the only medical respite facility in the Greater Cincinnati region.

For more than 22 years, the Center has provided comprehensive recuperative care and case management for adults experiencing homelessness. As a 24-hour facility, it delivers medical and nursing care in a compassionate environment, offering personalized support and around-the-clock medical service to meet each individual’s needs.

The Center for Respite Care currently operates a facility nearby and plans to relocate medical services to the new building in the fall of 2026. The move is expected to provide ongoing stability and additional space to expand care for adults who need a safe place to recover following illness, injury or hospitalization.
