Colliers’ Ned Frank and Jim Herbst represented Eagle Foods in its 285,000-square-foot lease at 94 Logistics Park at 12345 38th St. in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Eagle Foods will use the new space as its Midwest distribution hub. It is the company’s second location in the Chicago area.
Eagle Foods is taking almost half of Building 7, a 599,308-square-foot warehouse featuring 36’ clear ceiling height, 62 docks, 70 trailer stalls, 50’ by 50’ column spacing with a 75’ speed bay and parking for 186 cars. It is one of several buildings at 94 Logistics Park, a three-phase project delivering over 1.8 million square feet of industrial product.
Frank, along with Colliers’ Fred Regnery and Steve Stewart represented the developer, Logistics Property Co., in the transaction.
