Ben Hubert and Ben Rosenzweig, both vice presidents with Colliers, completed a 1,102-square-foot lease of retail space at 4830 Cass Ave. in Detroit.
Hubert and Rosenzweig represented the tenant, -320 Coffee and Creamery, in the deal.
The tenant will fill the space of a former Tim Horton’s near the campus of Wayne Street University. -320 Coffee and Creamery plans to open this fall.
The coffee shop creates coffees and ice cream using liquid nitrogen.
