Delta Dental of Kansas is relocating to the Pinnacle Corporate Centre I this fall in the Kansas City market.
The move expands the amount of office space available to the dental center by more than 60 percent. The company expects to move into its new space at 11300 Tomahawk Creek Parkway in Leawood, Kansas, this November.
Rollie Fors and Ross Simpson of Colliers International|Kansas City represented the tenant, while Hunter Johnson of Block Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
