Dog owners in Hudsonville, Michigan, now have an expanded dog day care location for their four-legged friends, thanks to work done by Colliers International|West Michigan.
Camp Bow Wow, a dog day care and boarding franchise, purchased 2.81 acres at 3625 Quincy Ave. in Hudsonville to build an expanded dog day care facility. The new location opened this month.
“There is a lot of development activity happening in Jamestown Township, especially in the Jamestown Commerce Center. We couldn’t imagine a better user than Camp Bow Wow for this site,” said Colliers advisor Trent Wieringa, who helped broker the deal. “Camp Bow Wow is still conveniently located in Jamestown Commerce Center, near 32nd Ave. and Quincy Street, and their new and expanded facility enhances dog owners’ positive experiences.”
Camp Bow Wow is the largest pet care service provider in the United States with 140 locations nationwide including five locations in Michigan. Previously located at 4322 Central Parkway in Hudsonville for the past 12 years, Camp Bow Wow has increased its footprint by about 30 percent at its new location. Camp Bow Wow is located near the new Hudsonville Meijer, Wendy’s and Kent Quality Foods’ building currently under construction at the Jamestown Commerce Center.
