With the help of Colliers International, Educational Enterprises LLC has purchased the building at 8920-22 Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee.
The building sold for a purchase price of $750,000. The sale closed Feb. 14.
Lyle Landowski and Mike Wanezek of Colliers International brokered the deal.
