Colliers International Group Inc. recently represented Autco Distributing in its lease of about 75,000 square feet in St. Louis.
In business since 1970, Autco is an electronics and appliance distributor. As its business has grown exponentially, Autco is relocating and expanding to a larger location.
After considering multiple other locations, Autco selected 6228 Pershall Road in Aviator Business Park for the newly constructed facility and its central location.
