A new HOTWORX fitness studio will open this summer at the Woodbury Lakes shopping center in Woodbury, Minnesota. Terese Reiling-Holden with Colliers|Minneapolis-St. Paul represented Woodbury Lakes landlord RPT Realty in the lease. Hunter Bruce with Morrow Hill represented HOTWORX.
Owned by mother-daughter team Jen and Lexi Klein, HOTWORX Woodbury will offer the franchise’s infrared workouts.
The studio will be open 24 hours a day, with security cameras in place, doors that unlock only with a passcode or through the HORTWORX phone app and call-button necklaces for members to take in the saunas in case of emergency.
The Woodbury location will have 10 saunas offering isometric workouts and HIIT sessions. Workouts featuring virtual instructors and sessions are released monthly. The studio also has a space for free weights and weight-training equipment, cubbies, lockers and two bathrooms, one with a shower.
