Ben Hubert, vice president, and Benji Rosenzweig, also a vice president, with Colliers International Detroit closed a lease of 2,915 square feet of retail space to Nosh Pit Detroit at 304 N. Main St. in Royal Oak, Michigan.
The laid-back eatery offering a vegan- and plant-based menu is set to open its doors in the Spring of 2021.
Nosh Pit Detroit’s new location is in the well-known, high-trafficked area next to the Emagine Theatre in downtown Royal Oak.
