Colliers International represented Orangetheory Fitness in its search for a second location in the Columbus market.
Orangetheory is a boutique fitness studio. The chain recently signed a 3,225-square-foot lease at 3959 Britton Parkway in the Giant Eagle Center retail development in Hilliard, Ohio. The company plans to open this location in May of this year.
