Colliers helps Plant Shop find new location in Grand Rapids

Plant Shop, a plant store based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, will open a brick-and-mortar location in the city May 11.

Erin Rappleye, founder and owner of Plant Shop, worked with Kara Harrison and Jon Geenen of Colliers International|West Michigan to find the space. The brokers helped the Plant Store find a 935-square-foot store at 1056 Wealthy St. SE in Grand Rapids.

The shop’s new location was a former autobody shop that had been vacant for eight year. The building underwent significant renovations from landlord Tom Kirkpatrick and now offers plenty of natural light. two glass garage doors and on-site parking.
