TNT Powerwash, a Midwest-based fleet and commercial property power-washing company, is expanding its Sharonville, Ohio, operations with the help of Colliers International.
TNT recently bought 11910 Mosteller Road for $1 million, and plans to demolish the existing truck terminal and redevelop the site. The project total is estimated at about $3.2 million. TNT plans to build a new facility to house a truck dealership, maintenance, body-and-detail shop and drive-thru truck wash.
This project will retain TNT’s current 60 employees, as well as create 20 new jobs for the area in the upcoming years.
Erin Casey and John Gartner from Colliers International Greater Cincinnati represented the buyer TNT Powerwash, in the deal.
