Anisha Yadav has joined the Investment Services Team at Colliers Indianapolis.
Yadav joins Colliers after a career with commercial real estate firms Duke Realty and Simon Property Group.
At Duke, Yadav’s most recent role was Vice President of Capital Transactions, with oversight of Joint Venture relationships. She oversaw $1.5+ billion in joint venture assets, managing the relationship with key partners and created new joint ventures to drive company growth.
Yadav’s achievements at Duke were impressive: Rising Star 2021, Co-Chair of the Chairman’s DEI Council, Co-Chair Women’s Network and member of its Corporate Governance ESG subcommittee.
She is a graduate of DePauw University and holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
