Michael Drew has returned to Colliers International’s Indianapolis office as a senior Vice president of multi-family and investment services. And with his return, Drew is bringing a new service sector to the company, multi-family advisory services.
Throughout Drew’s more than 30-year real estate career, he has racked up more than $900 million in investment sales, including multi-family, office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties.
His transactions include recognizable Indianapolis-area properties such as the Pyramids, the Retreat Apartments, Lighthouse Landings, Lake Castleton and the Consolidated Building.
Currently, Drew is working on the sale of some highly-visible land on the Southeast Quadrant of Interstate-465 and North Meridian Street.
