Colliers International recently negotiated the sale of Baker Technology Plaza, a five-building office-tech business park totalling 254,274 square feet in Hopkins, Minnesota.
The new buyers have plans for a significant repositioning of the building and a rebranding name change.
The park is located at the intersection of Highway-494 and Crosstown-62 in Hopkins, Minnesota. The complex is currently 60 percent occupied.
Jason Simek, Joe Owen and Peter Mork with Colliers International|Minneapolis-St. Paul are the leasing agents for the complex, which will now be called Baker Tech.
