Colliers International announced the addition of Andy Crimmins as senior vice president in its Kansas City office.

Crimmins brings more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry. He started his career with RED Development in Phoenix, where he oversaw the leasing of junior anchor opportunities throughout their portfolio.  His expertise in the retail industry has garnered him invaluable experience in both the retail and tenant side of the business.

Crimmins has particular experience leasing power centers, malls, outlet centers, mixed-use centers and grocery-anchored developments, resulting in relationships cultivated over the years with most major retailers, restauranteurs and theatres. As a former director of real estate for Williams-Sonoma, Crimmins managed site selection and negotiations for Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids and West Elm throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.

Most recently, Crimmins was the Executive Vice President of Leasing with Legacy Development, before venturing out on his own with Crossroads Retail Group.

In his new role with Colliers, Crimmins will continue in his career specialties of national tenant and landlord representation.  Andy will continue to represent TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and Sierra Trading Post throughout Kansas and Western Missouri expansion.  Crimmins is focused on enhancing the retail platform within Colliers International | Kansas City and pursuing significant retail and mixed-use opportunities in the Midwest, as well as new tenant representation relationships.
