Masuo “Mas” Ishida, SIOR, has joined Colliers International | Chicago as an executive vice president in the company’s Industrial Advisory Group.
Ishida, 64, specializes in representing owners and tenants in the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties. His expansive client portfolio includes numerous international Japanese corporations, contributing to the firm’s global presence.
Ishida’s real estate career spans more than 26 years, most recently as the director of TOBI International Corp., a full service commercial real estate company delivering strategic real estate solutions to the global market. His collaborative approach and expertise enabled TOBI to secure preferred vendor status and repeat business with multinational corporations. Ishida began his real estate career at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. (now Colliers International) where he spearheaded the firm’s expansion into Japanese Investment in North America.
Ishida is a native of Japan and current resident of Glenview. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
