Colliers International Group Inc. has added Mike Budenholzer to its St. Louis office as a new brokerage professional.
Budenholzer will focus his efforts on office and industrial property, working with senior brokers on a variety of commercial real estate leasing and investment sales assignments.
He was a founding partner of LIG Capital, a company dedicated to analyzing cost consolidation opportunities for hospitals, specifically in regard to supply chain.
In 2008, he established Bud Enterprises, LLC, a company focused on providing coaching and consulting services. Also in 2008, he graduated from The University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Business.
As executive vice president and managing director of the St. Louis office, Kevin Gallagher, CCIM, SIOR recruited Budenholzer as part of Colliers strategy to continue expanding its skillset in the local market.
