A newly announced partnership between Colliers International | West Michigan and Bradley Company will market four retail centers in West Michigan.
The partnership will expand Bradley Company’s existing presence throughout Michigan while increasing Colliers International | West Michigan’s commercial real estate portfolio.
Colliers International | West Michigan currently has six properties with Bradley Company: Four retail properties that were part of a portfolio purchased by Great Lakes Capital, an Indiana-based real estate private equity firm, and two vacant land listings.
The retail properties include 6250 28th Street in Kentwood; Ridgemore Plaza at 2889 28th Street, near Woodland Mall and CenterPointe Mall; Oakstown Plaza at 3000 28th Street in Wyoming; and Yorktown Plaza at 4020 Alpine Avenue in Comstock Park. The land listings are on Alpine Avenue and East Beltline.
Colliers International | West Michigan’s retail brokers Mark Ansara and Chris Prins will be working closely with Bradley Company to help position this portfolio to attract new retailers. Bradley Company will continue to manage the four retail properties.
