Colliers International Ann Arbor has successfully represented Barracuda Networks in a landmark lease in downtown Ann Arbor, Mich. The team at Colliers International Ann Arbor, including Jim Chaconas, Brendan Cavender and Richard Timmons, represented Barracuda Networks in a 45,000-square-foot office lease deal at 317 Maynard St. in downtown Ann Arbor. Chaconas worked closely with Ann Arbor landlord First Martin Corp. in securing the space, which is located one block off of the University of Michigan central campus.
“Barracuda Networks is an optimal tenant for the space and the area,” Chaconas said. “They are bringing hundreds of jobs to downtown Ann Arbor, which will not only spur market activity but have a huge positive impact on the entire downtown office and retail market.”
