Van Hoecks Footwear has moved into East Paris Crossings, a retail center in Grand Rapids, Mich. The addition of the shoe company means that that retail center is now 100-percent occupied.
Van Hoecks offers high-end footwear. The company was previously located at 95 Monroe Center in downtown Grand Rapids for 70 years.
Mark Ansara of Colliers International represented the owners of East Paris Crossings in the Van Hoecks transaction.
