Twisted Hot Yoga will open its third location, a new center at 3339 Century Center St. SW in Grandville, Michigan, in September. Colliers International|West Michigan handled the transaction.
Twisted Hot Yoga has Michigan locations in Knapp’s Corner, Caledonia and Grandville, offering five styles of classes ranging in intensity levels. The Grandville location will launch with 34 classes per week Monday through Sunday. Between the three locations, Twisted Hot Yoga will offer 121 classes per week this fall led by a team of 27 instructors and staff.
The Grandville location, formerly a photography studio, is undergoing significant renovations including installation of a custom, top-of-the-line heating, humidification and ventilation system; knocking down and adding new walls; adding new flooring; and painting.
The yoga room is approximately 1,200 square feet. The lobby is about 1,000 square feet, which will feature retail items such as mats, towels and clothing, and a vanity station.
