LaSalle Investment Management has purchased Heitman‘s seven-building, 642,000-square-foot portfolio in the Chancellory Business Park located in Wood Dale and Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
The seven buildings were completed between 1985 and 1989. The portfolio was 92 percent leased to 14 tenants at the time of sale.
Jeffrey Devine and Steven Disse, both principals with Colliers International‘s Chicago-based Investment Services Group represented Heitman.
