Ross Reller has been named director of land services for Colliers International | Indiana Region. Reller has been a senior advisor for the company since March, 2009.
Under Reller’s direction, the Indiana Region will be able to offer a full range of services including pre-development, site selection, rezoning and concept pre-engineering.
“But the largest part of our practice,” Reller said, “will continue to be narrowing the gap between buyer and seller expectations through the local to global perspective of Colliers and its proprietary knowledge database of sale compositions.”
Reller has nearly 30 years of experience in the central Indiana commercial real estate market as an advisor to sellers and a site consultant for developers, lenders and owners. He has been instrumental in numerous high-profile site selections as well as assemblage and disposition projects for manufacturing, distribution, automotive sales, office, health care, senior living and religious use.
