Colliers International Ann Arbor has successfully leased 8,408 square feet at 339 East Liberty in Ann Arbor, Mich., to ArborMetrix Inc.
Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented the landlord, Dan Cramer and HandiCraft LLC in the deal.
The deal signifies yet another technology company moving to downtown Ann Arbor to the new “tech hub” located by the University of Michigan.
ArborMetrix will occupy the majority of the second floor in the building. With this lease, Colliers International Ann Arbor has brought the building up to 98 percent leased.
