Colliers International recently closed the lease of a 10,197-square-foot industrial facility at 281 Enterprise Drive in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Peter E. Kepic, principal, and Peter J. Kepic, senior vice president, of Colliers International Detroit represented the landlord in the lease of the former St. Joseph Mercy Hospice center.
Team Rehab, a physical and occupational therapy company, is the tenant who will take over the flex space.
The company is expected to move into the facility by February of 2017, where it will be using the space as a training and rehab facility for outpatient and sports purposes.
