With the help of Colliers International, Cobalt Industrial REIT leased 101,743 square feet of industrial space at 1902 Warren St. in North Kansas City, Mo., to Murphy Warehouse Company.
Doug Hedrick of Colliers represented the tenant, while Michael Mitchelson of CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
